Hey guys, sorry for the wait, I didn't get in an email this last couple weeks because I've had to prep to leave the CCM, and fly out to Washington. The CCM was a great experience and I met so many cool people, who I miss, but I know they are all doing great in their missions.

The day I left the mtc was pretty wild. I was up at 2:30 because I had to be at reception early that day. We got to the airport at around 5:30 but...our flight didn't leave till 10:30. So therefore we were stuck there forever. Thankfully there was a nice Hispanic lady that talked to us a lot. I didn't understand half of it, but it's the thought that counts.

Long story short, I'm here in Washington, and it's weird. Not Washington, but the fact that I'm here. I never thought life would take me to live in Washington. It is a fun place, plenty of hard work, and my trainers are putting me through it, constantly on the move but it's good. Its hard and...yeh it's hard. I've been more tired than I've ever been before in my life, but something that has helped is I've received packages from special people in my life that encourage me to keep doing what I'm doing and further the work. And remembering that this mission isn't about me, esta es una obra para el Señor. Y para las personas aqui en Washington. I've met so many nice families and I can't wait to learn more Spanish so I can talk more with them.

I'm happy to be serving here with the Latino community and I know that God has placed me here for a reason. I can't wait to uncover what that reason is, and I will work cada dia, to the best of my ability to find out what that is.

I love you all and thank you for all of your support during these hard but rewarding times.

Con amor,
